There were some bands from the Houston/Dallas area that I thought blew away some of the signed bands. Those would be the Houston based LOVE SURVIVAL & DRIVE...and the great Dallas based band BANG BANG...who later changed their name to MIND, BODY & SOUL.

It's quite sad to think about how Enuff Z'Nuff
failed whilst we've endeared eons and eons of
the Gallager brothers' tabloid-life bollox. Maybe
Chip and co. should have been in the papers more?

I mean 'failed' as in failed to achieve the
success they deserved. Donnie's drug dabbles
haven't helped, of course.

Yep I know what you meant D but success and failure can be judged in many ways, maybe it was down to shit management I'm not sure but they are blasting out of my speakers as I type this

Relative values are a tricky thing to calculate.
Look at Dan Reed Network - kaput because all
the record label's distribution money went to
other bands. Guns N'Roses - kaput because all the
record label's money was squandered on them and
they pissed it all away on drugs and vodka.

Rich Rags - kaput because...a dodgy amp at Ritzy's,
wasn't it Ian?

The biggest anti climax of my entire life, apart from meeting JB.
